Refund & Returns Policy

1. Returns
You may return any physical product within 14 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- The item is not damaged or used
- You include proof of purchase (order confirmation)
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- If you paid using Cash on Delivery, you will be contacted to arrange a refund via bank transfer or voucher.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Downloadable digital products (e.g. planners, calculators, timers)
- Used kitchen tools or accessories
- Items without original packaging
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll send a replacement free of charge or offer a suitable alternative.
5. How to Start a Return

- Your order number
- Name and contact information
- Reason for return
- (Optional) Photos of the item
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
